THE Douglas Shire is still buzzing from the 'Hooray for Hollywood' performances at the Sheraton Mirage Port Douglas Resort.

The annual Bodies in Motion production received standing ovations on both Friday and Saturday night at the sold out Glades pavilion. The $80,000 show featured some of the most iconic figures in Hollywood history and left all in attendance gobsmacked.

“We have been very humbled by the rave reviews and a lot of people around town have been talking about it,” said Saskia Turner, Principal at Bodies in Motion.

“To sell out the shows has always been a goal of mine so that was very exciting. It was a smooth setup and the kids nailed the performance.

“I’ve been getting plenty of comments about how talented the kids are.”
