A CROCODILE has been spotted near a car park in Port Douglas.
Local resident Hayley Day was picking her children up at Port Gardens this afternoon when she noticed the two-metre croc stuck in a drain.
She posted the photos on her Facebook account to warn people with pets and small children in the area.
It's believed the curious croc is a resident of the nearby lake and has since made its way back home.
The croc sighting was reported to 1300 130 372.
