Film festival waves goodbye for 2015
Published Thursday 29 October 2015
After a successful two nights of non stop filmic talent last weekend, Port Shorts Film Festival draws to a close for 2015. Time now to put your thinking caps on and start preparing for next year’s festival which is said to be even bigger and better for 2016.
It is events such as Port Shorts that embrace and provide a stage for local talent that, should they not exist, creatively talented people may never have the opportunity to showcase to the community. With the organisers extremely happy with the outcome of this years’ event only gives credence to the festivals return in 2016.
Congratulations again to the winners and finalists of Port Shorts 2015. An incredible selection of films were screened last weekend.
