Saturday saw a perfect day at the range with a slight cross breeze and a changing mirage over the shaded target. 

Norbert Schmidt posted a double range score of 119.8 in the F class comp from a possible 126.

Rick Mischlewski took first place with a score of 97.9 followed very closely by Neil Attwood on 97.3 and trailing in third spot was Mark Goulston on 87.2 from a possible 105 in the Full Bore comp.

Norbert Schmidt was the first to settle behind his custom 308 scoped rifle. Norbert opened with some very fine shooting hitting the x, which is 30 mm in diameter, 4 times with the rest of his shots just outside dead center.

Neil Attwood was next on his mat to compete in the Full bore shoot, Neil opened with two bulls eyes  and went on to squeeze off a mixed bag of shots to gain a first range score of 45/1

Rick Mischlewski  was next down on the mound, Rick opened with a 5 and a 3 , cutting them, he went on to post a first range score of 45/4

Mark Goulston was the next man down behind his peep sighted  308 with a bypod for the front rest .

Mark opened with low scores and went on to shoot a  mixed bag to gain a first range tally of 40 from a possible 50

Schmidt settled down again to post a second range score of 62/4 from 66 with string of bulls eyes and x's with a 4 and a 5 sneaking in.

Attwood was again down to business opening with bull eyes and then squeezing off bull eyes and V bulls with a few low shots to gain a second range tally of 52/2.

 Mischlewski was back on his mat for his second range , Rick opened with Bull eyes and went on to shoot mainly V bulls and one super V bull with a few low scores to post a final tally of 52/5.

Goulston was down again behind his 308 F class Full bore rifle. Mark opened with low scores and went on to shoot a mixed bag with one Super V bull or x to post a final score of 47/2.
