Billy Gordon to deliver 'personal explanation' at Queensland Parliament

Embattled Cook MP Billy Gordon will shortly deliver a 'personal explanation' to Queensland Parliament in Brisbane this morning.

Mr Gordon will speak to Parliament at 9:30am, he said in a press release.

He did not include details of exactly what he will be explaining but it is more than likely he will discuss the scandal that enveloped him and the newly-elected Labor government several weeks ago.

Mr Gordon has been accused of domestic violence and failing to pay child support by several women, and was expelled from the Labor Party by premier Annastacia Palaszczuk for not dislcosing elements of his criminal record.
