World's largest inflatable waterslide coming to Port Douglas for school holidays

The world’s largest inflatable water slide will be coming to Port Douglas’s Reynolds Park in the July school holidays.

The slide, visiting from its home base in Busselton in Western Australia starts up on Saturday June 27 and will operate all the way until July 18.

Trippo is 54 metres long, over 20 metres wide and three stories tall, featuring three slide chute options for ‘theme park-level entertainment.’

Prices start at $20 for kids under 10 years old and $25 per hour for kids 10 and over, with family packages available for $75 per hour.

Trippo will also be hiring labourers to help with construction over June 25-27, with jobs including trenching, pole driving, manual handling and shovelling.

Up to 8 students between the age of 16 and 18 to act as park attendants during dates of operation.

Pay rates will be up to $30 per hour for labourers and $27 per hour for students depending on age and experience.
