The Cairns Indigenous Art Fair (CIAF) calls for expressions of interest from commercial food vendors to supply onsite food service to the general public during the period of the 2015 Cairns Indigenous Art Fair.

This EOI offers a great opportunity for a wide variety of food providers and vendors,during the free entry period of the Art Fair, 31 July- 2 August, at the Cairns Cruise Liner Terminal.

Expression of Interest Food vendors are required to hold a current local government mobile food licence and any additional relevant food safety licences related to the sale and handling of food in a public environment.

The Cairns Indigenous Art Fair works closely with the Cairns Regional Council to ensure the safe preparation and provision of food for sale to the general public.

CIAF staff can provide applicants with relevant Cairns Regional Council information and contacts for the acquisition of required licences.
