After a very successful online launch the 2015 Douglas Business and Tourism Awards official physical voting forms are now available and can be collected from the Newsport office. 

Newsport Publishing managing director Sam Cullen encourages businesses to vote online. “We are confident that this will be the biggest Awards programme yet as online voting is up 50% on this time last year” says Sam.

"Business have great access to their customers via their databases these days and this is helping voting across all the categories. We applaud the work of accommodation sector that are sending the forms as part of their post stay accommodation service."

Customers who vote in more than 4 categories go in the draw to WIN 2 nights accommodation in the new Sheraton Mirage Studio Suits and tours in and around Port Douglas valued at over $2000. Winners will be drawn nearer the gala presentation evening.

The organisers are now selling tickets for the gala evening to be held at the Sheraton Mirage on November 27 and the limited tables of 10 are proving already popular.
Guests booking early go into a prize draw to win 5 nights in one of the new Sheraton Mirage Studio Suites with over $3,000.
