Congratulations to Mossman Golf Club’s January Monthly Medal winners – Saturday Mens winner Alec Ford with nett 70 sponsored by Ian Steley, and Ladies winner Dixie Dennis sponsored by Pris Freeman.
The Tuesday January Monthly Medal sponsored by LJ Hooker Port Douglas was won by Wade Duncan with nett 72 on a count-back to Bernie Boon and in 3rd place Jimmy Serave 75. NTP’s – Elijah Boon on 6 & 8, and Wade Duncan on 10.
Wednesday’s Sporters 9 hole event was won by Graeme Duncan with 24 points ahead of Peter Titus-Rees. NTP’s – Mick Lancaster and Wade Duncan.
On Thursday, the Ladies Monthly Medal Sponsored by Lucy Giles was won by Jo Constantine with nett 77 on a count-back to Shirley Carney.
NTP’s – Jo Constantine on 6 & 10 and Shirley Carney on 13.
Norm Lockwood won the 9 hole event on Friday with 24 points.
The Men’s stableford event on Saturday was won by Darryl Hobson with 44 points ahead of Peter “Jock” Constantine 43.
NTP’s – Bruce Cheesman, Tano Caltabiano, Matty Smith and Keith Gard.
The Ladies event was won by Judy McCormack with 37 points ahead of Jo Constantine 33 on a count-back to Glenda Christensen.
