Under stormy morning skies both Carnival days opened up to shine like Team Port Douglas at the Cairns Surf Life Saving Carnival held in Palm Cove over the August 15 weekend.

In an amazing effort Team Port Douglas placed third (3) overall making it one of the best results in years.
