Mossman Golf Club’s August Tuesday Monthly Medal sponsored by Ralf and Tricia Middel was won by Dave Nesbitt with nett 69 on a count-back to Dennis Blake, and in 3rd place Peter “Jock” Constantine.

NTP’s – Rick Herschell, Dennis Blake, Brian “Boof” MacDonald, Dave Nesbitt and Lloyd Redpath.

JUNIORS -  The Club is hosting free Junior clinics each Tuesday 5pm – 6pm for youngsters aged 6 – 17 years. Details from Geoff Goodwin on 0418 456 901.

Wednesday’s nine hole stableford event was won by Jim McInnes with 21 points ahead of Ray Bennetts 18.  NTP’s – Neil Foard and Jim McInnes.

Thursdays Ladies Monthly Medal sponsored by Lucy Giles was won by Jo Constantine with nett 72 ahead of Chris Dermott 73 on a count-back to Pris Freeman.  Putting competition was also won by Jo Constantine.

NTP’s – Cheryl Revell, Chris Moffatt and Shirley Carney on 13 and 17.

Friday’s nine hole Mossman Butchering Steak Bash was won by John Cameron with 21 points on a count-back to Mick Lancaster.

NTP’s – Mick Lancaster and Ray Bennetts. Saturday’s Mens event was won by Peter Clark with 39 points with Div 2 runner up Bill Everingham 38 on a count-back to Tony Monahan.  Div 1 winner Joe Wild with 37 points ahead of Russell Jeffrey 36 on a count-back to Ralf Middel.

NTP’s –John Zieglar, Ed Sant, Rick Hunter, Peter Hornsby and Ralf Middel.

The Ladies event was won by Robyn Brindle with 35 points on a count-back to Shirley Carney, and in 3rd place Heather Atkins 32.

NTP’s – Jenny Rowell, Heather Atkins on 8 & 10 and Shirley Carney on 13.
