I am currently investigation the possibility of a reformation of the former Douglas Fish Stocking Association which ran from 1992-1996.

Barramundi are a vital asset to our local area.

They attract thousands of keen anglers in a bid to catch the prized fish in our world renowned Daintree River while supporting the local fishing guides, commercial fisherman and providing an enjoyable recreational past time for locals.

Barramundi are also a key meso-predator in maintaining balance in the food chain and therefore overall health of the ecosystem.
