Police have charged two men in relation to a car that was left burning on Port Douglas Road in the early hours of Friday morning.
The two Port Douglas men, aged 19 and 21, face identical charges of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and arson of a motor vehicle.
Both are due to appear in Mossman Magistrates Court on August 6.
Police will allege that the pair stole the car from a nearby location and set fire to it before fleeing the scene.
