Sydney Dance Company 2 One Another for Cairns

Sydney Dance Company bring 2 One another to Cairns, July 11 & 12

 2014, m

Coming to Cairns Civic Theatre '2 One Another' is a spectacular work that is dynamic, exhilarating, deeply personal and highly physical.

2 One Another is the result of an inspired collaboration between an exceptional artistic team – Rafael Bonachela's breathtaking choreography, designer Tony Assness' visionary set and costumes, Nick Wales' unique sound design and text by Samuel Webster.

The result is the union of a choreographer's vision, a poet's expression and the minds and bodies of Australia's best contemporary dancers.

A huge LED curtain featuring content designed by the creative geniuses at Iloura (famous for their work on feature films such as Ted and Where the Wild Things Are) frames the stage and provides a stunning background to this exploration of relationships, interactions and the beauty of the human form.Choreographer: Rafael Bonachela (Multi-award winning internationally renowned choreographer.
