They're at it again - two teams, experts in their fields, go head to head to argue the case of whether or not ‘money buys happiness’ in The Great Comedy Debate at The Clink Theatre, Friday, September 27.

With humour and vigour, the teams will attempt to provide logical consistency, factual accuracy and some degree of emotional appeal to the audience through the practiced art of persuasion that is debating.

The audience will be invited to witness the pitting of two formidable groups of three community members each in an attempt to win the coveted 2013 trophy.
Panel members include – on the pro team: Ben Radford, Roy “Wevs” Weavers and Melea Turnbull; on the against team: Dave Morrison, Za Harricharan and Todd Malone.

Hosted by local comedian Matt Mann, the outcome will be decided by audience vote, and blatant breaking of the rules by the teams is acceptable!

Gloves are off, bribes are expected, nudity has been threatened and those in the panel feel that comedy will be the winner.
