FNQ Hot Property is experiencing a direct positive reaction to the news of the potential Aquis Resort development at Yorkey’s Knob, Cairns.

“News of the proposed development has seen some sellers of property that have been on the market for several years and not sold are being withdrawn from sale to hold,” Nathan Shingles of FNQ Hot Property said.

“Results show that vacant waterfront land that sold only a few months earlier in the mid $500s are now selling for $50,000 more.
