The villas are accessed by a quiet perimeter avenue. Each villa has a double garage and ample off road parking. The first impression on entering the exquisite double door of your luxury accommodation is one of total opulence. The doors lead across a delicate water feature that transfers you to a luxurious, spacious, Balinese-style courtyard.

Bedrooms run off each side of the courtyard as you make your way to the large family lounge with sound system and big screen TV. There is a well-equipped modern kitchen and small office, with complementary wireless internet (username and password provided on check in).

The covered outdoor patio with BBQ and large wooden eight-person setting looks out across the picturesque lake and exclusive single, par-3 golf hole (free for guest use only). No expense has been spared on the Niramaya Villas. Each villa, whether three or four bedroom, is unique but based on a common tropical design theme. You can enjoy a menu of the freshest seafood and local produce of North Queensland with excellent, well thought-out wine list.
