Dust the cobwebs off your bike and join Port Douglas legend Lesley Stephens for a social cycle through the town on Wednesday, October 16 at 6am.

Riders will cycle from IGA on Port Douglas Road to Jalun Park, where they can enjoy a free BBQ breakfast to celebrate Ride to Work Day.

The Wheelie Good Coffee cart will stop by, so bring a few dolllars for your morning caffeine fix!

The ride is suitable for all fitness and experience levels, with the focus on introducing new people to the wonderful activity of cycling; it doesn't matter if you're a first-timer or the next Cadel Evans - come on down and help promote cycling!

We ask that more experienced cyclists support beginners to ensure a positive ride experience that will motivate them to continue cycling.

Note: HELMETS MUST BE WORN, SINGLE FILE CYCLING AT ALL TIMES AND ALL ROAD RULES MUST BE FOLLOWED

For more info, contact 0410 094 283.

This is a 'Share The Roads' Initiative with assistance and support from Actin Fitness, Cairns Regional Council and The Cairns Post.
