With a Bachelor Degree in Applied Science and Post Graduate qualifications in management, Sylvia Healy has extensive knowledge and board experience to represent a new Douglas Shire Council.

Sylvia has lived and worked in rural communities for the majority of her life, including the Barossa and has extensive experience in senior executive director roles, as well as strengths in corporate governance, strategic planning, budget management and policy development.
