The Mossman and District Gymnastics Club are preparing to host their end of year presentation night with some Swashbuckling Pirate Fun as their theme.

There will be an entertaining and technical show displayed by the enthusiastic gymnasts who are keen to show family and friends all the skills they have learnt throughout the year.

The presentation is on Friday 6th December at the Mossman Gym Hall with a Fundraising BBQ for the hungry pirates, big and small, from 5.30pm and presentation from 6.00pm – 7.30pm. Everyone is welcome to attend. A lucky door raffle will be drawn on the night.

For those interested in joining gymnastics next year, the end of year performance is a great opportunity to see what the club is about and the level of expertise by local gymnasts with coaching and support from the club.

If you are interested in joining and for regular members signing up next year, the Mossman and District Gymnastics Club encourage everyone to register with the Queensland Government’s GET STARTED programme, which will assist young people who might be financially restricted from joining a sporting club. Sign on Day for 2014 will be Saturday 1st February 2014 9.00am – 12pm at the Gym Hall, with gym classes commencing the week of Monday 3rd February.
