Wednesdays 9 hole Sporters was won by Jack Boyd with 22 points ahead of Maurice Meth 19.  Nearest the pins – Dennis Blake on 10, Jack on 13 & 17.

Thursday’s Ladies Par event was won by Bette Wells with -4 on a count-back to Ellen Clark.  Nearest the pins – Bev Cowe on 6 & Jane Chidgey on 8.

Friday’s event was won by Ed Sant  with 19 points.

Men’s Saturday stableford event was won by Norm Lockwood with 39 points ahead of  Maurice Meth 38 on a count-back to Russell Jeffrey.  Nearest the pins – Russell on 6, Brett Jurie on 8, David Budge on 10, Brendon Wood on 13 and Maurice on 17.

Saturday’s Ladies stableford event included 16 Cairns Members who enjoyed the day and took home the major prizes and 3 NTP’s.  The event was won by Jane Johannsen with 36 points ahead of Marianne Schaeffer 35 on a count-back to Dawn Young.  Nearest the pins – Evie Golightly on 6, 13 & 17 and Pris Freeman on 8 & 10.

On Sunday, John Cameron won with 35 points ahead of Art Howard 32.
