Ladies Results

Eighteen ladies enjoyed themselves playing for the Mona Carson Trophy and the spiders were won by Glenise Sharp and Robyn Petrus. The raffle winner was Jenny Smith.

The trophy winners were Denise Highland, Estelle O’Rourke, Glenn Lepp while second place went to Kay McDonald, Bev Zillfleisch and Greta Burke. Third place went to Greta Kessler, Maria Mijo and Dot Kostyrka.

Men’s Results

In the first round of pairs club championship competition A Brylack and P Gorsuch def. L Valentine and Zilly 25-20. In Social competition Morrie, G Marsh and Doug Pitt def. Scotty, G Wilmot and E Smith 20-18, A Christie, P Gower and W Menitt def. R Edwards, R Wilson and Gov 23-20, J Prammer, G Bolton and C Maxted def. C Andreasson, T Pisot and Kiwi 21-16.

It was great to see our visitors from Edge Hill enjoying the competition.

Next Saturday club selected threes will be played between C Maxted, C Wills, G Bolton and Doug Pitt, Kiwi and G Wilmot. Social games will be played as usual with registrations closing at 12,30pm.

ATDBA Patrons day will be played in Atherton next Sunday. We still require players so put your names in if you’re interested.
