Men’s Results

In a tight contest J Sellers, Kiwi, E Smith and C Maxted defeated G Bolton, Zilly, L Valentine and P Gorsuch in the first round of the Championship Fours competition.

In social bowls S Graham, T Pisot and Dick Pitt drew with P Morrison, G Marsh and C Dwyer 19 all while J Prammer, G Wilmot and D Blain def. M Plummer, R Edwards and P Cleary 26-24.

Unfortunately rain prevented singles competitions on Sunday and these games will be re-posted as soon as the opportunity arises.

Next Saturday will be social games with the usual start time of 1.30pm and whites are now required.

Ladies Results

Twelve ladies bowled under pleasant conditions with the winners being Estelle O’Rourke and Margaret Cooper (2w+17). Margaret was also the lucky raffle winner.

The ladies meeting day is Thursday 14 February at 10.30am and it is also the Mona Carson Day so come along and have an enjoyable day. Selectors for February are Maree Crees and Denise Highland.
