Men's Results

The next round of Pairs championships on Saturday saw G Wilmot and R Ashford defeat E Smith and C Maxted in a tight game 23-19.

In social bowls L Valentine, R North and P Gorsuch def. J Bremmer, Zilly and Doug Pitt 26-15 and Morrie, R Gard and Kiwi def. M Lilley, C Finlayson and Rangi 27-14.

Saturday (14th) will see D Egan, P Cleary, Ted Pitt and Dick Pitt play Doug Pitt, N Tesch, R Edwards and Eden Pitt in championship fours competition. Pairs will continue with A Christie and D Blain to play R Ashford and G Wilmot.

The festivities kick off on Saturday with Bunn and Belshaw Ham day social men’s bowls. Registrations close at midday for a 1:00pm start so come along and enjoy a great afternoon with great prises.

On Sunday, MMBC will host another round of men’s super challenge commencing at 9.30.
 

Ladies Results
 
What a week of wonderful bowls. Social bowls was won by Denise Highland, Barbara May and Glenn Lepp (+9). Greta Kessler  won the raffle. Presentation day was held with congratulations going to Glenise Sharp for her magnificent wins in the A grade, B grade and Consistency.

There will be no bowls on Thursday (5th December) as it is the Ladies Christmas party.
