Ali George, Catseye Productions

 

Ali George is the owner/operator of Opens external link in new windowCatseye Productions. She has been working as a photographer/videographer for over seven years in Port Douglas and internationally.

In the last few years, as well as photographing weddings and portraits in Port Douglas, Ali photographed Tropical Cuisine - Cooking in Clare's Kitchen, a cookbook by Clare Richards and available from Wet Season Press, filmed a TV commercial for Tourism Tasmania, and has worked documenting the work of an international children's charity in Sri Lanka and then Haiti. 

She has also worked in the camera department of ABC series The Straits.

Ali was one of five finalists (from 37 nomination) for Best Wedding/Event Photographer at the 2013 Douglas Business Awards, the region's only customer-voted awards program.

Weddings at St Mary's by the Sea, Little Cove, Rex Smeal Park, Bali Hai, Mali Mali, Flames of the Forest, Salsa Bar and Grill, Sea Temple Resort, Thala Lodge and Newell Beach are our speciality.

The pair are also experienced Palm Cove and Kewarra Beach photographers and love any opportunity to photograph the Atherton Tablelands, Cairns, and Mission Beach.
