Get excited! This season of TV's most successful music talent show 'The Voice' has a familiar face that may just steal the show.

The Newsport spies have been hard at work, and we've got a feeling an acoustic guitar-toting muso from Far North Queensland is ready to impress the show's celebrity judges - Delta Goodrem, Ricky Martin, Seal, and Joel Madden - as Season 2 of The Voice kicks off on Sunday night.

Channel 9s 90-minute season opener starts at 6.30pm, and continues on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday at 7.00pm.
