Mossman Golf Club members are enjoying perfect weather conditions. Last Tuesday's Stableford was won by Phil Holloway with 39 points ahead of Cameron Walton 37 and in third place Des McPherson 36 on a count-back to Peter Santarossa. Nearest the pins were Mal Phillips on 8, Phil on 10 and Simon Nelson on 17.

Last Wednesday's 9 hole Sporters was won by Mal McKellar with 23 points ahead of Bernie Boon 20 on a count-back to Barry Costain. Nearest the pins were John Cameron on 8 and Mal on 10.

Thursday’s Ladies event was won by Lucy Giles with 35 points on a count-back to Julie Hooker and in third place Trish Landy 30 on a count-back to Lyn Heimann. Nearest the pins were Jo Constantine on 6, Shona Barbour on 8, Kerri-Lynn Williams on 10 and 13.

Friday’s event was won by Matt Smith with 23 points.

Men’s Saturday winner was Laurie Prosser with 39 points on a count-back to Damien Pitcher and in third place Peter Hornsby 36 on a count-back Jack Boyd. Nearest the pins were Graham Cook on 6, Wayne Baxter on 8, Broz Jurie on 10, Dennis Blake on 13 and Peter Chrisfield on 17.

Ladies' Saturday winner was Bev Jewry 39 points ahead of Christie Bouwkamp 32. Nearest the pins were Bette Wells on 6, Shona Barbour on 8 and Leonie Phillips on 10.

On Sunday the winner was Shona Barbour with 33 points ahead of Art Howard on 28. Nearest the pins were John Cameron on 6 and Kim Copland on 13.
