This year Salsa is taking on the fight against cancer and is helping to raise money for charities - and they need your help.

With two great events being held in the month of November, Salsa are calling on the support of the local community and businesses to donate either fabulous prizes that can be auctioned or raffled, or cash donations. Or you can simply come along and enjoy the ride.

Melbourne Cup for PINK IN THE TROPICS

This years' Melbourne Cup day fundraiser will be raising money for “Pink in the Tropics”, a local Port Douglas charity helping out local families affected by cancer.

All guests on Cup Day will be a ‘little bit pink’ with proceeds from ticket sales, auctions etc going to PINK IN THE TROPICS.

Last year Salsa raised over $3300 for “Lighting up Port Douglas” with a very generous donation from the wonderful team at Executive Retreats - a target they are hoping to beat this year.

Salsa’s Inaugural GOLF DAY for TOUR DE CURE

On November 30 Salsa will be hosting its inaugural Golf Day at the spectacular Sea Temple Golf Club - an event in which Salsa hopes to raise money for various charities each year.

This year Salsa is getting behind Adam Jones and his mission on the Tour de Cure. Proceeds from ticket sales will go towards Tour de Cure plus any other funds raised from drink sales, raffles etc.

Salsa is seeking prizes for the Golf Day and if people are able, cash donations are also welcome directly to Adams Tour de Cure page.
