More Juniper properties hit market

Some of Port Douglas' prime retail real estate is on the market as Juniper continues to offload assets in Far North Queensland.

Shops in the Saltwater building and Coconut Grove retail complex are up for grabs according to property agent CBRE.

While CBRE representative Peter Rossi was reluctant to disclose an estimated value of the properties, he said expressions of interest had been "reasonable" to date.

"The objective of the campaign is to have the properties sold before Christmas," Mr Rossi said.

Juniper recently sold Port Douglas' Sea Temple Golf and Country Club and its residential blocks to mining magnate Clive Palmer for $7 million.

Expressions of interest in the two Port Douglas properties, along with Cairns Square retail and commercial complex, close on 5 December.
