Early reports say deal done
Reports have come into The Newsport that Clive Palmer has agreed to purchase Sea Temple Golf and Country Club after an inspection of the property last Thursday.
It is believed the purchase price is around $4 million including the course facilities and residential land.
On Friday The Newsport spoke with Andrew Crook of Crook Publicity who represents both Juniper (current owners) and Clive Palmer, who said he was unaware of any negotiations between the two parties for the sale of the Sea Temple Gold and Country Club.
"Clive looks at a lot of things," Mr Crook said.
Mr Palmer had inspected a number of properties from Port Douglas to Townsville on his recent trip.
We'll bring you more information as it comes to hand.
