After a lack-lustre start to our clash with the Lions on Friday night the boys knuckled down in the second half to chalk up another convincing win against a determined opposition. 

It’s becoming a bit of a habit for the team to fire up only after a tongue lashing from the coach.  However, once they started to play the style of game that they have been working on at training the scoreboard started to look a lot better.

Also encouraging was the form of a number of players that were yet to put their stamp on the season.  Ashley Davidson was outstanding in the first half while Liam and Joe were really solid in defence. 

Other standouts were Braden, whose run  off the half-back line created many scoring opportunities for the likes of Aaron and a “red hot” Mitch Bohm who finished with five majors.
