The May Day public holiday was enjoyed by members and the winner of the Stableford event was Ben Hill with 39 points.  Second place Ed Sant with 36 points and 3rd place Shona Barbour with 35 points.

Tuesday’s fields are increasing in number and 37 men enjoyed perfect conditions this week playing a stableford event. The winner was Ralf Middel with 38 points, on a count-back to Peter Chrisfield and Jeff Murray.

Nearest the pins - Bill Allison on 6, Peter on 8 & 13, John White on 10, Ian Prewett on 17.

The winner of Wednesday’s nine hole event was John Deuble with 22 on a count-back to Sam Brischetto, and 3rd place Julie Hooker.

Thursday’s Ladies Stableford event was won by Judy Onto with 36 points.  2nd place Kerri-Lynn Williams with 35 points and 3rd place Trish Landy with 33 points on a count-back to Treveen Page.

Nearest the pins – Lucy Giles on 6, Judy on 8 and Ellen Clark on 13.

The new special Friday Frolic (9 holes golf, shared motorised buggy and 6 pack in ice to share for $30 per player) is creating great interest, and the winner was Des Graham on a count-back to Patti Graham and Jeff Murray.

The Saturday Mens Stableford event was won by Brett Jurie with 41 points.
Second place Wayne Dowell with 39 points and third place John Petherbridge with 38 points.

Nearest the pins – John Deuble on 6,  Des Graham on 8, Jeff Murray on 10, Barry Brims on 13 and Ian Steley on 17.

The Ladies Saturday winner was Judy McCormack with 35 points on a count-back to Lyn Heimann.

Forty eight players enjoyed Mothers Day by competing in the Foursomes Events.
Gross winners of the Mens Foursomes were  Peter Chrisfield and Dan Coulthard, with runners up Peter Hornsby and Dave Nesbitt. Peter and Dave took the honours in the Nett event with runners up Ricky White and Broz Jurie.

Matt Smith won both nearest the pin shots on 6 & 8.

In the  Ladies event, Bev Cowe and Patti Graham won both Gross and Nett prizes.
Gross runners up Kim Edwards and Trish Landy, and Nett runners up Shirley Carney and Tricia Middel
