Senior Douglas Netball wrap up

Crocs 1 claimed victory over Rattle n Hum this week with a 34-22 win.  Crocs started out strong and kept the pressure up right through the match leading at every quarter. 

Rattle’s Zara Ryan and Croc’s Miranda Clarke were awarded best and fairest.    

For the second Division 1 game of the night Cougars were defeated by Young Guns, 35-24.  It wasn't all one way traffic with the Cougars fighting back to level the second quarter score but Young Guns mid-court Rochelle Miller kept the ball flowing and was awarded best and fairest, along with Cougars Dani Bellero who was also named 'Players Choice'.   

The Ringin’s took on Jet’s this week and came out on top with a  21-16 victory . The Ringins dominated from the first quarter and kept the ball flowing, but midcourt Karlie Brady from Jet’s was awarded best and fairest.

Crocs 2 defeated Gunnars with a 22-9 win this week. The game started out fairly even but Crocs took the dominant lead in the 3rd quarter. Best and fairest was awarded to both WA’s this week, Croc’s Amanda Polini and Gunnar’s Tracey Pashen.

Breakers suffered a loss this week with Wolverines dominating the match 34-8. Players choice were awarded to GA Jade Jardine from Wolverines and Shanee Filmer from Breakers.

A close game between Reptos and Bits n Pieces this week which saw the Reptos coming out on top with a 13-7 win. It was a tight fought match with the first two quarters score almost even.  It wasn't until the third quarter that the Reptos shooting dominated the court earning them victory.
