Run Marathons - Week 14

It has reached a point in your program where every little bit of preparation helps. For those of you keen to improve your running technique as well as your fitness, perhaps joining a Endurance Running Workshop could help.

Endurance Athlete Nick Carling will take you through three sessions that will involve skills specifically designed to focus on each aspect of the correct running technique from head to toe.
