Mossman Mill fell short of its Week 10 crushing target, hampered by a number of issues that started last Monday with a faulty bagasse belt.

After a "reasonable run" until Thursday with a few minor issues reported including some inclement weather, the rotary juice screen and the carriers caused problems for the mill.

The final crushing total for Week 10 was 30,688.93 tonnes compared to the target tonnes of 32,330 at the crushing rate of 289.7 tonnes/hr. Year to date crush is 248,672 tonnes compared to a budget of 288,300.
