Eurotech Douglas Dragon Under 10s played at Endeavour Park on Saturday facing newly formed team The Southern Cross Strikers.

The young Dragons showed them what was in store for the season by over running the Strikers with fast attacking play which gave the Dragons an 8-0 lead by half time.

The Dragons came out in the second half in the same mood giving the Strikers' disorganised defence no chance. 

By the final whistle the score was Dragons 15 Strikers 1.
 
Goalscorers on the day were Charlie Dowling 5, Jack Carr 2, Nick Rayner 3, Lockie Weyand 1, Jake Read 2 and Jack Jenkins 2 with Elliot Adams, Conner White, Luke Hull and Mitch Ralston also displaying good skills.
