The Men’s Presentation Day was a huge success with another big turnout of new and experienced bowlers enjoying the competition, snacks, refreshments and prizes provided.

The Club presentations for 2011 went to the following winners and runners-up:

A Grade Champion – R Parkes, Runner-up C Wills.
B Grade Champion – G Banks, Runner-up N Tesch.
Handicap Singles – B Wolland, Runner-up D Blain.
Pairs winners – B Day, N Tesch, Runners-up D Beaumont, G Girgenti.
Threes winners – B Wolland, T Pisot, L Valentine, Runners-up B Day, D Beaumont, A Conroy.
Fours winners – B Wolland, N Tesch, A Conroy, G Bolton, Runners-up T Brylack, B Day, A Cooper, M Radlof.

The results from an afternoon of men's competition were:

T Elcoate, T Pitt, D Blain had a draw against J Maxwell, R Pitt and D Egan 15 all.
Dick Pitt, C Wills and P Cleary def A Christie, G Wilmot and J Hocking 25-20.
K Pitt, S Jellis and C Maxted def Hock Jnr, C Dwyer and N Tesch 17-11.
A Douglas, B Gard and R Parkes def P Morrison, The Kiwi and J Girgenti 23-14.
The Xmas Hams went to R Gray, G Zillfleisch and B Wolland who defeated S Renton, T Pisot and T Brlyack 28-12.

Competition on Christmas Eve will be informal and new bowlers are encouraged to come and have a roll. Casual dress is fine so please put your names in by 12.30 for a 1.30 start. Names may be phoned in advance on 4098 1434.
