Spread the word with Port Fusion

Port Fusion will be holding its next networking event on Thursday, 16 September from 5pm in Hi-Tide Beach Cafe & Bar at The Peninsula Hotel, Port Douglas.

Port Fusion recently farewelled Melissa Blades from the Sheraton, who with Tara Bennett, originally created Port Fusion to bring together industry colleagues for a quarterly networking function.

On the bright side, they're welcoming Kirsten Taylor from Tropical Journeys to the co-ordinating team joining Tara.

“Tara and Melissa have been successful in bringing together our industry friends with the Port Fusion functions”, Ms Taylor said.

“Port Fusion is a fabulous way to catch up with old faces and welcome new faces in the industry, whether from retail, restaurants and hospitality or tourism operators and alike”.

Everyone involved in the tourism industry is welcomed to attend. Port Fusion is a fabulous opportunity to promote your product and create relationships with people that can benefit you and your business.

At the last networking function, Kevin Eldridge from KStar Walking Tours met everyone in the room to tell them about his terrific new 'Port Douglas Walking Tours'.

“We’d love everyone to take a breather from a busy few months and catch up for a chat before the school holidays begin”, Ms Taylor said.

Tickets which include canapés and a drink on arrival, and can be purchased at the door for $30.You can RSVP for the event by emailing pdfusion@gmail.com
