Port Fusion enjoys Hi Tide

Over 30 of the Port Douglas tourism community gathered at the Hi Tide Cafe and Bar at the Penninsula Hotel for an informal evening of networking fuelled up with some excellent canapes and a glass (or two) of their favourite libation.

These evenings are designed to be a great opportunity to chat with other members of the tourism business community.

Founder of Port Fusion, Tara Bennett recruited a new offsider with Kirsten Taylor from Tropical Journeys stepping up to take over from the Sydney bound Melissa Blades.

The restaurant area of the beachside cafe at Hi Tide proved to be a splendidly comfy snug venue which encouraged everyone to talk to everyone else throughout the evening and let's face bumping into new people is what it's all about!.

Well done Tara and Kirsten, good choice and excellent organisation.  Check out the photo gallery.
