The second series of the Port Douglas Fun Run will be held on Saturday 5th June at 7am.  The run starts in Rex Smeal Park and again runners will have the option for a 5km or 10km event.

The Port Douglas Fun Run is being organised to promote health and fitness in the Douglas region, whilst also raising money for the National Breast Cancer Foundation & Running Pink.  Entry fee just $15 per person.

Please note that the event can be a walk, it is family friendly and dogs are welcome.  This time, the organisers will be giving away spot prizes for participants, so if your business or place of work would like to donate a spot prize please contact Sarah McConnell from Inspire Fun & Fitness personal training at 0409 171221 or email inspirefitnesspd@gotalk.com.au.

Editors Comments:  And before you ask, no I won't be running because I work on the Sports Show on Radio Port Douglas from 9am to 11am every Saturday, but you don't have an excuse, so I expect a massive turnout to support Sarah and her brilliant efforts to get us all fit!
