Yes, Port Shorts is back!  2010 will mark the Seventh Annual Port Shorts Film Festival in Port Douglas and this year organisers are giving you the exciting opportunity to shape this creative event.  That's right, this year's theme could be decided upon by you !

Port Shorts are currently running a competition "Dream the Theme", where you get to select the theme that 2010 filmmakers must feature in their film later in the year. The theme is typically something that can have multiple interpretations so keep this in mind when entering.  Entries will close on May 12th with the winner being announced on the Port Shorts website http://www.portshorts.comthe following day. 

As the winner you will receive a great prize package:  You will take up the sought after A-List position of guest judge at the event and be able to witness how your chosen theme was interpreted.   You will also look super cool this year wearing a fabulous Port Shorts Film Festival T-shirt and forever drink in style with a Port Shorts Stubby Cooler collection.

Port Shorts are looking for film entries and they can be themed or not. Films must be approximately 3 minutes in length, feature title and credits and the theme if you are entering that category.
