Coming home - Zennith's East Coast Tour

Celebrating the forthcoming release of their debut album Nothin’ To Lose, FNQ's own up-and-coming roots reggae band Zennith are embarking on their first official east coast tour.

Kicking off in Brisbane, they'll be making their way to Cairns on 28 August (at The Esplanade), and Kuranda on 4 September (at the Kuranda Amphitheatre) and hitting the stage of the Reggaetown Festival on 11 September.

Getting their inspiration from the world around them, their Indigenous roots, and experiences gained in the past few years of performing live, Zennith’s debut release is all about the message behind the songs.

The music traverses from laid-back reggae to up-tempo raw roots influenced tracks and even a bit of solid driving rock. There is something for all music lovers in the plethora of genres that make up Zennith’s record.

Sharing the love and their instruments (most of the members are multi-instrumentalists), their live shows are know for their vibrancy and being visually spectacular.

Zennith has recently found themselves on the bill of some of the country’s premier music festivals, performing at BluesFest in Byron at Easter and celebrating the forthcoming release of their album at this year’s Splendour in the Grass.

They’ve also performed at a host of other well reputed events such as Kuranda Roots Festival.
