All your junior netball results

The 10/Under netball competition commenced with the Crocs playing the T-Birds.
The T-Birds started off with a 4 goal to 1 first quarter with Ellie MacKay playing well and Tiah McLean excellent in defence. The Crocs rallied for the next 3 quarters and matched the T-Birds in goals with both teams shooting 6.
It was great to see Logan Buzza playing in the Crocs team up from the Nettas. The T-Birds, after a strong start, came away with the win with the final score being T-Birds 10 defeating Crocs 7.
MnM's (Mossman Primary) played the Dolphins with the Dolphins playing great netball to keep the opposition to just 1 goal up to half time.
Kyah Francis and Mia Devine-Cameron were standouts in the game. The MnM's overcame their opposition in the last half with Sophie O'Gorman-Petrack excellent throughout the game, and Krystal Secker fantastic in defence. Final scores were MnM's 6 defeated Dolphins 1.
The 12/Under Miallo Thunder took on Mossman High and it was the Thunder girls who took it up to the High School players, finding themselves just 1 goal down by half time.
Lilly Wicks was named player's choice and Madison Malone best and fairest. Mossman High stepped up their game to take the win with Angela Pringle player's choice and Hazuki Kirby best and fairest.
Final scores were Mossman High 14 defeated Thunder 8.
Mossman Primary played the Dragons and at half time scores were level. Dominique Port intercepted well and created opportunities for her team and Shanice McLean was excellent im moving the ball forward to goal.
The Dragons played well in attack and defence with Liana Peligrinet putting in a great effort in her new position as goal keeper. Rae Page also played a great game creating opportunities for her team.
In a tight contest the final score was a draw at 5 goals a piece.
The Crocs played the Saints and the Saints team is proving to be the ones to beat coming up to finals. The Saints put in a great game with Eleisha Mealing and Marley Cairns standout players.
The Crocs also tried hard with Jessica Viola and Kloee Revel the stars for their side. Final scores were Saints 9 defeated the Crocs 3.
The 12-16/Under Blue Team played the Red Team in a well matched game. The Red Team started the first quarter with 7 goals to 5 but the Blue team stepped up their performance shooting 4 goals to 1 in the next quarter.
Hazuki Kirby was named best and fairest for Red, and Eleisha Mealing for Blue. Final scores in the thriller were Red 12 defeated Blue 11.
The Black Team played the Green Team in the last game of the round and it was the Black Team who were dominant throughout the match,
Natalie Littler put in a great game and Esther Nulty shot beautifully for goal. The Green Team created plenty of play but could not get the score on the board.
Brydie Short defended well and Karina Pelligrinet rarely missed an opportunity for goal. Final scores Black Team 11 defeated Green Team 4.
