Child Protection Family Day in Mossman this Saturday

The organisers have asked us to remind everyone that The Child Protection Family Day is being held this coming Saturday on the 12th Sept, from 9am-12pm at George Davis Park in Mossman.

 

Everyone is welcome and entry if FREE. There is a packed itinerary for the day including an all ages skate and BMX comp, bungee run, BBQ, arts & craft, traditional story telling, Bodies in Motion dancers, face painting and you can even get a temporary Glitter Tattoo from $5.00 !

 

The Skate and BMX Comp is Free To enter but you must register to enter by 9.30am on the day. The comps are open to boys and girls from 5 to 18yrs. A helmet must be worn - NO helmet, NO entry ! Entrants will need a signed permission note from parent or guardian to enter, again NO note, NO entry. Bring along some music to skate to on CD if you want- we’ll have the stereo setup. Also open throughout the morning will be the Craft and Painting Table, Face Painting, Apple Slinkies, Helium Balloons, Bluelight Trailer-music, Playstation games and much much more.
