Australia’s favourite family holiday park brand, BIG4, have announced a three-year partnership with the nation’s most-loved children's entertainment group, The Wiggles.

The national partnership means The Wiggles will share the BIG4 experience with their young fans and show a new generation of families the fun and excitement of a BIG4 holiday.

Owner of the Port Douglas BIG4, Glengarry Holiday Park, Margy Brady, said they are excited to welcome the collaboration.

“The partnership makes perfect sense for our park as we are a great spot for young families and our fantastic facilities allow everyone to have fun, relax and create memorable holidays,” she said.

“Parents and kids can play together in our pool, waterpark, and on our waterslides, as well as the bouncing pillow, playground, and pedal carts.

“Whether they want to stay in a deluxe villa or camp out under the stars; there’s something here for everyone, and if they can’t stay the night, we offer day passes so everyone can enjoy the fun.

“The Wiggles are Australia’s most popular children’s entertainment group and we hope their young fans and families will be inspired to come visit,” Mrs Brady said.

She added that the announcement comes at a perfect time as Easter approaches.

“It’s almost time for our annual Easter egg hunt through the park, which is great fun and if you haven’t been here before, there is no better time than a long weekend to take the family on a mini getaway.

“While we are only a short distance from Port Douglas, our peaceful, lush, tropical grounds make you feel as if you’ve really gone out on a camping trip,” she said.

The Wiggles Paul Field, was also excited about the partnership and said it was an ideal fit.

“Just like The Wiggles, BIG4 deliver great experiences for young families right across Australia,” Mr Field said.

“We both share a deep commitment to the positive development of growing families. We could not have picked a better partner than BIG4.”

BIG4 Holiday Parks CEO Steven Wright, deemed the partnership a “natural alignment” and said that it had the capacity to introduce a whole new segment of families to a first-class leisure accommodation experience.

“The education values that underpin The Wiggles are strongly engrained in the BIG4 network, too,” Mr Wright said.

“We strongly encourage holidays that allow children to explore, exercise, and make new friends while enjoying a great Aussie adventure.

The Wiggles and BIG4 will be offering The Wiggles audiences a range of benefits and opportunities that will be rolled out in the coming months.
