The very popular Friday nine hole Mossman Butchering Steak Bash was won by Chris Gristock with 23 ahead of John Newham 21 on a count-back.

SATURDAY’S Men’s event sponsored by The Port Douglas Combined Club was won by Keith Gard with 39 points ahead of John Ziegler 37 on a count-back to Norm Lockwood, Andrew Moylan and Bill Everingham.

The Ladies event was won by Tricia Landy with 34 points ahead of Julie Hooker 33.
