Perfect playing conditions greeted the mighty under 8’s Port Douglas Crocs last Sunday at the home of footy in far north Queensland – Cazaly’s against the Cairns Hawks.

Every suggestion that the incredible performance the night before by Carlton seemed to inspire all 21 little Crocs was proven correct as they jumped out of the blocks early and never looked back.

The Easter break seemed to have no effect on their skills and the team work and enthusiasm displayed over four quarters was a real highlight and very much appreciated by the large vocal members who made the trip down the highway to watch the match.

Coach’s awards went to young gun Sando, Jessiah, Solomon, Jetson and first gamer Lucien.
