This summer, Cairns Regional Gallery will transform the Loft Gallery into a magical, interactive world straight from artist Hayley Gillespie’s imagination.  21 December - 17 February.

This family friendly exhibition, Little by Little Through Wonderland is evocative of a picture-book realm of wonder and play – with delightfully large-scale figures and objects that have made their way out of the artist’s painted compositions and into the three-dimensional world.  

Children and adults will be encouraged to interact with the art works, in specially constructed activities.  Adults may also experience a sense of nostalgia as they recognise games, imagery and found objects that make up the exhibition.
